how can you tell how many calories burned with a pedometer?

I have a pedometer, it only counts steps. I need to know how to turn my steps into calories burned.

Quite impossible to tell.You could get a pedometer with a calorie counter.I know Omron’s pedometers come with calorie counters.

A Digital Talking Pedometer, as its name suggests, is a digital pedometer announces your exercise progress as walking.
