How does one calculate the calories they are burning through exercise?

How does one actually count the calories they are burning? I’m going to get a watch with a heart rate monitor, it doesn’t come with a calorie counter so I’m looking for a way to calculate it myself. Am I able to calculate it with just weight and heart rate? What other factors are into play?

i’ll give you a link to an exercise calculator. one of the better ones.people generally have specific exercise interests so it’s not that hard to get a pretty good idea of how many cal. are being burned.
