what does this activty counter mean by ‘Shooting baskets’? Please HELP ME OUT!!!?
i was looking on line and i decided to see how many calories i burn playing basketball so i went to a activty counter i clicked on sports then i saw the basketball area but they have many kinds, like: ‘Basketball game’ ‘Officating game’ ‘wheel chair game’ but the one that applys to me is ‘Shooting Baskets’ so i clicked on that and it says that ’shooting baskets’ burns 300 calories and hour, but what is the deffination of ’shooting baskets’? does that mean if i were to just stand there and shoot baskets for 1 hour i would burn 300 calories? or what do i have to do in order to be ‘Shooting baskets’??
