Wrist Injury – Sports injury?

I have a wrist injury which was caused whilst playing football today (soccer). My hand is constantly cold, my wrist swollen and it really puts me in agony when I try to move it. I can move my fingers slightly but I cannot straighten them. I can’t move my wrist. It happened 8 hours ago and I have had ice on it for 30 minutes about 7 hours ago. My wrist is also slightly numb but not completely. Thanks.

i think you may have broken your wrist. i would definitely go to a doctor as soon as possible. until you can get to a doctor keep icing it. good luck and feel better!
