Whats the best shoe for a track workout?

Hello everyone!!!
I have been running for some time now and I’m starting track season in a few weeks. When training, I normally buy two pairs of shoes, one for long runs and easy days, and another for workouts, i.e tempo runs, hill repeats, intervals, stuff like that. Last season I ran with the Saucony Progrid Triumphs for long days and Saucony Grid Sinister for my workouts. I love my Triumphs but the Sinisters I had wore down quick so I’m looking for a different lightweight trainer to do my workouts in. My local run shop has every shoe imaginable, so I could try on anything suggested. I have a list going of a few shoes so far:
