How can I put on wieght fast without it being fat?

I want to be bigger but I dont want to have fat like most the guys at my gym they are bigger but half of it is fat-anybody can eat cheeseburgers. What should I eat and how should I excercise? I am 6ft 3inches and 79 kg I have a body mass index of 19. Please help goal wieght 85kg with no body fat. I am not afraid of pain but don’t want to use roids.

Dude been there. If you can afford it by some protein mix like whey or isopure and some creatine like no-explode(my favorite). Use the creatine before your work out and drink protein after your work out. The creatine will help muscle recovery and the protein will promote growth. Also after your warm up lift as heavy as you can (4-6 reps) this will increase your size. Good-luck!!
