How far past your due date did you deliver your first baby?
I’m due today and there are no signs of impending labor. On Tuesday I was only 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I am just curious as to how far others whet past their due date with their first babies. I know that everybody is different and I could start labor in an hour or 10 days from now, I’m just asking for fun.
I had my son one day early. But 2 days before that at my drs appt he told me I had AT LEAST another week to go. I was not dialated hardly at all and barely effaced! He was SHOCKED when my water broke 2 days later! So there is no telling when you will go into labor. It literally could be an hour or 10 days! Sorry hun! I know sometimes these last few days are worse then waiting the entire 40 weeks! Rest assured you will have you little baby in your arms within the next week or so!!

"Did God create all these religions?" Does not it seem somewhat unusual question? However, its something that has kept me occupied for quite some time now.
If only one God, why have so many religions!
Does the word religion to invoke a sense of unity among a community in particular, the hatred of another, misunderstanding and discrimination among society as a whole? So, do we really need a religion?
Well, this question has two answers to say, many will say yes, others not. But let's discuss this and then reach a conclusion.
In the Christmas Eve, the Ramzan or any other festival, for that matter, people hug, exchange gifts, sing, dance and so on. All this only shows one thing people come together and celebrate this occasion as a family. What unites them? Their religion, of course! Not that looks so great?
On the other hand, we see Islamic extremists in particular, using religion as a tool for creating differences between people, leading to conflicts. Why go far more away, we can see among religious groups to disturb the peace and creating a lot of tension, too often. If we in Britain have had the Irish (Catholics) and the English (Anglican) fighting since a very long time. And then there is Darfur, where ethnic cleansing at the top. The list is endless. This struggle in the name of religion is happening everywhere on earth, right from their own neighborhood.
But if we all say, "there is only one God, "then we're fighting for? Or just spoil his name by fighting for our own selfish needs? So God wants so many religions?
This is one aspect of this debate. The second is about marriage. We see how many problems it creates when two people from two different communities come together in marriage. We hear everyday how the newly married couples are slaughtered because out of their communities! The government does not encourage religious, inter-caste marriages, but in vain. When we are proud to proclaim that God is one and all are equal, why create a big fuss about these marriages? It is the marriage of a unification of two souls or a contract!
You are the bride and groom will live together in their parents?
Do not we are creating all the problems unnecessarily, and thus spoil the name of God?
SO religions Did God Create? And do we need?
Well I say, do not need any religion, whether the foundations of all religions: "Love one another" are not followed. If we can keep these basics, then I do not even have to worship God, it will be very pleased with our behavior and attitude. Religions were basically not created to divide people into groups and making them fight! But instead of making them aware that there is a supreme power (love) and to teach to love others as they love themselves. So I appeal to all people of all religions to stop discrimination and the fight in the name of religion, but to unite and make that this land a real boost for everyone. Let's make this world a better place for you, everyone and myself.
