Hi, I need to know how many calories daily i should eat and in how many meals?
I am 14, 5′ 9″ i weigh 153 lbs. I am a middle distance runner for my school track team ( I usually run about 30 minutes a day). HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD I BE EATING TO LOSE ABOUT TWO POUNDS IN AROUND 2 OR 3 WEEKS??? I Have about 2/3 in. of baby fat left and i want to get rid of it And do not put any 1200 calorie diets on here cause only an idiot would eat only 1200 calories.
Do you know anything about eaitng 5 small meals daily? Any benfits?

I have one person saying to eat 1800 calories and then another saying 2400 calories and then some idiot bragging about how he can eat what ever he wants.
I need an accurate calorie amount plz. I do not know which to pick 1800 or 2400?

Finding time to burn ten times more calories, it's like to find more laughter in your life. Easier said than done. To master the tricks they need to be part of strategy and part escape artist.
The moments you can catch for the year will come suddenly and passes quickly. Please take advantage of them, every cell of your body pays a price.
Here are some ideas that will help you plan so that you can record ten times more calories:
Take stairing.
When ever you have an option to take the stairs instead of reserving esculator. You burn more calories going up ten times the stairs to take the escalator.
Keep your distance.
Parking at the mall? Instead of crossing the parking lot to find a parking space. Go to places big void on the opposite side of Nowheresville. It will not take much longer to reach the shops. Also the long distance walk to burn calories and increase your metabolism.
Pull up short term.
When taking a taxi, let the extra time and have the driver drop you off a few blocks from his destination. If you are taking a bus, get off a stop or two before you need, then burn ten times more calories with some power walking.
Making every minute.
When you are standing in line, for example, you can press and relax the gluteus maximus muscles (butt). When you are on the phone and someone has put on hold, has a great opportunity to do a few repetitions abdominal flexion exercises.
Waste some moves.
TV ads are not for grabing a snack. They are for the stretch. Get & stretch. Moving. If you are up and not a quick task become bottom, or vice versa, use the commercial break as an opportunity to do so.
Try table rasa.
Often, the tasks are more pleasant if it does so not only as a mini warehouse to check beams throughout the house. If the weather is good to go out and sweep your sidewalk, road drive or patio.
Get on a good cycle.
