Western Digital MyBook Premium not working?

I’ve got a 250 gb MyBook Premium that I’ve used to back up files, and when I try to go into the folder to look at the individual files, it simply doesn’t load. Any idea whats going on?
All the tests ran fine.

You could have a bad hard drive.
Try running the diagnostic tools that come with the drive.
