The second you meet Westchester Personal
Training trainers, you know this is no ordinary training
session. WFT takes great care to evaluate
your fitness goals and make sure we get you there using the latest in
exercise physiology research. Our trainers are
matched to you exclusively using our
evaluation
"match up" form. Whether it's taking an afternoon jog,
nutritional counseling or an hour of all out kickboxing & cardio conditioning,
we can make your fitness goals happen. We also
feature the 30 Minute Boxers Blast Workout as seen on TV! |

The Westchester Fitness introductory
evaluation and
consultation will allow us to prepare a schedule and game
plan outlining where you'll be in 2 weeks, a month
and into next year. We can custom design weekly workout routines
and diets to act as your personal daily coach. We even have a
program that will download an entire week of routines & diets into
your Palm Pilot PDA so you have us along 24/7. Once you work
with the WPT team, you'll also have a 24 hotline to call with any
questions at any time. Even if you need a little motivational coaching
to break some old habits.

Our Evaluation Form is designed to gather a little information to help us
make a preliminary assessment of your current fitness status, as well as what
you might be looking to achieve.
We have relationships with many of the fitness centers in the New York Metro
Area including Move, TSI, Equinox, NYSC, Sport Club LA, Gold's, Club
Fit and more. Not
comfortable? We can begin in the comfort of your own home or office
until you're ready to show off the "new you".
